Lars Brickenkamp Lars Brickenkamp – Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Lars brings over 30 years experience in the electronics and electronic component industry to C&K. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of TE's Industrial Business Unit. Before TE, he was Executive Board Member Business Development for ISRA Vision AG, a world leader in surface inspection of web materials and one of the globally leading providers of machine vision programs. Previously, Brickenkamp held senior positions at Phoenix Contact, IEE, Repro Elektronik, Molex and Fujitsu. He holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in electro technologies.

Cathy Cathy Yang – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Cathy leads C&K’s global Finance team handling accounting, audit, tax, treasury, reporting and planning functions, and oversees legal and compliance matters. Cathy joined C&K in August 2018 as VP of Finance. Prior to joining C&K, Cathy held senior leadership roles at Netcracker Technology, a subsidiary of NEC Corporation (TYO: 6701) that delivers a software platform together with integration and managed services to telecommunications and cable companies globally, Intermec Technologies, a Honeywell (NYSE: HON) division offering hardware and software technology solutions for data connectivity and automation, and ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP), a global integrated petroleum company. Cathy holds an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and a BA from National Taiwan University.

Jeremy Hebras Jeremy Hebras – Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer

As C&K’s Chief Technology Officer, Jeremy Hebras is driving the company transformation towards innovation, new market trend needs, complementing our offering with system designs, organically and inorganically, to create recognized value for the C&K’s customers. He is supervising the Global Portfolio and Market management team, and local R&D teams. In addition, Jeremy is C&K’s Chief Digital officer to drive the Digital Transformation of the company. He is consolidating and synchronizing C&K’s resources and investments to identify the most impactful projects for C&K’s growth, and sponsor their execution. Jeremy joined C&K in 2002, and has previously developed new international accounts for a global automotive technology firm. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the UTBM University of Technology, France, and specializes in concept creation processes.

Ted Arnstein Ted Arnstein – Senior VP, Strategy & Corporate Development

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, Ted is responsible for setting the strategic roadmap for C&K and overseeing all inorganic growth initiatives. Prior to joining C&K, Ted held similar positions with Cimpress (NASDAQ: CMPR), the parent company of Vistaprint and other leading online mass-customization brands, Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST), one of the largest providers of mission-critical sensor solutions to the global transportation, industrial and aerospace markets, and NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI), a global high-performance mixed-signal semiconductor company. Ted also spent several years as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. Ted holds a BA from the University of Michigan, an MA from The Johns Hopkins University/SAIS and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Bruno Prevot Bruno Prevot – General Manager C&K Aerospace division

Bruno Prevot is the GM of the C&K Aerospace division, encompassing C&K connector product portfolio as well as EIS Electronics recently acquired. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Prevot leads the strategic direction and the operational performance of C&K Aerospace and associated business development. Bruno most recently held various global GM positions in C&K. Previously, Bruno held GM positions and business development at General Electric as well as strategic marketing – including M&A- in Schneider Electric South Africa and Hungary. Prevot holds an MBA from Lyon Business School in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University US Pennsylvania.

Craig Thomson - VP of Portfolio & Markets

In his role as Vice President of Portfolio & Markets, Craig is responsible for C&K’s Product & Market strategy as well as Marketing Communications.  Craig has over 30 years’ experience in the Electronics industry, and prior to joining C&K worked in Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Business Development roles at Siemens, TE, Arrow Electronics and Meggitt.  Craig joined C&K in 2013 as part of the EMEA Sales Team, moved into Sales Management, and then into the management of the Portfolio & Markets team in 2018.  

Gary Mountford - VP & General Manager of C&K Americas

In his role as Vice President, General Manager C&K America, Gary is responsible to drive the company’s sales, growth, and profitability for the American marketplace.  Gary has over 30 years experience in the electronic component industry, rejoining C&K in 2019, having held a variety of roles in sales, marketing, operations, and general management with the company from 1996-2015.  Gary has had similar experience working for RAFI-USA, Augat, Molex and Arrow Electronics.   Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College, and a MBA from Boston College.

Lars Stegmann - VP & General Manager of C&K EMEA

As Vice President and General Manager for EMEA, Lars Stegmann has 25 years’ experience in the field of electronics, electro-mechanical components and systems supply. Lars joined C&K in 2020 as Vice President, Head of Sales for EMEA and was significantly involved in the successful transformation plans of the company.  Previously, he worked at Molex, IEE S.A., SMA Solar Technology AG, VISEDO Oy (today Danfoss) and Phoenix Contact.  Lars holds an Engineering Degree (Dipl. Ing.) in electro technologies, and his MBA from Zurich International Business School.

Guanghua Yang - VP & General Manager of C&K Asia

As Vice President, General Manager for C&K Asia, Guanghua Yang is responsible for the company’s sales, growth and profitability for the Asian marketplace, as well as the operations in China and Vietnam. With nearly 30 years of experience in the electric and electronic components industry, his background includes working for TE Connectivity where he was VP Industrial Business Unit based in Shanghai, China. Prior to that, he worked for Nanjing Phoenix Contact Co. Ltd., where his most recent post was Vice President Device Connector Segment, as well as a variety of roles at Schneider Electric and SINOPEC Lanzhou Petrochemical Factory.  Guanghua holds a Bachelor Degree of Science from Lanzhou University of Technology and an MBA from Tsinghua University.
